I sent my Dell laptop back to Dell to be repaired and they sent it back and said it couldn’t be repaired. I gave it to Jimmy {Computers-ITPro} and he repaired it in less than an hour and said it is now exactly the way it was when it came from the manufacturer; And since he is my neighbor and my husband is in Iraq he did it for FREE.
He thinks outside the box.

I went to Alaska with my son’s family and all the grand children and took lots of pictures with my digital camera and on the way home to Mooresville I stopped at my son’s home in Michigan and was trying to delete an unfocused picture from my camera and accidentally deleted all my Alaska vacation pictures. I panicked and took it to BestBuy and Staples and everywhere and they all said “I would have to send the camera card away and it would cost a lot of money to get the pictures off the card”. Then I remembered Jimmy from {Computers-ITPro} and took it to him….amazingly, in less than 15 minutes Jimmy not only got all my pictures back…
HE PUT THEM BACK ON THE CARD.
I couldn't believe it and than I said "what do I owe you"? And he said "what ever you want to give me."

If you are looking for top notch computer repair, superior customer service, and excellent prices, Jimmy/Computers-ITPro is the place to go! He had our computer up and running the same day, spent time explaining what was done and why, and discussed how to prevent future problems. This type of customer service is hard to find these days and it's refreshing to know that it still exists. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! - Chad D.

I had a two year extended warranty with Best Buy on my Dell laptop. My laptop crashed after just finishing a 100 slide power point for a class of mine.
When I took my laptop to Best Buy after calling to ask if my warranty covered it they proceeded to tell me they couldn't fix it and if they did it would cost $232.00, and it was going to take three to four days to be fixed. I then called Jimmy and he told me to come right over and he would take a look at it.
Several people sent me to him and said that he was the best in town. Now that I have my laptop fixed I would tell everyone to go see Jimmy, he is the fastest, cheapest around Mooresville.
Not to mention it took him less than 5 minutes to fix what would have taken Best Buy 3-4 day; and he only charged me $48.00, plus he showed me how to keep my computer running fast! GO SEE JIMMY HE IS AWESOME! Rebekah Schafer Statesville NC April 2012

I'm so glad I found Jimmy! My computer died this weekend and I started frantically googling computer repair shops. I found Computers-ITPro, and I could tell this guy knew his stuff. I called him at 8:45pm on Saturday night and he actually answered and let me bring it in the very next day (on a Sunday).
He got to work on it right away while I killed time so I wouldn't have to make 2 trips. Even though my old computer couldn't be saved (everything was completely fried), he spent several hours giving me great tips, options and solutions for the future. I've found my new "computer guy". The novel I started a quarter century ago was hopelessly lost--or so I thought. Then I took my old floppy disks to Jimmy Carter. Within minutes this warm, computer-wise man had retrieved my work, which I now hope to publish after all these years. He burned my outdated floppies onto a CD and then printed the many chapters for me. I darn near cried to read those anecdotes about NASCAR racin' and huntin' and fishin' again. Jimmy Carter is a champion. He knows in and out of computer systems. By talking to him you'll realize that he is not only a Computer Pro but a very very very nice individual. One fine day my laptop crashed and I took it to one of the leading retailer. They gave me insane estimation to fix my laptop. I looked up on internet and found out about Computers-ITPro(Jimmy).
I took my laptop to Jimmy and he fixed my laptop for very reasonable price. Not only he fixed my laptop but when he knew that I was using McAfee and my license has expired, he gave me McAfee anti-virus CD for FREE...yeyyyyyy... and when he realized that I don't have CASE to put my brand new external hard drive.... Guess what???
He gave me CASE for free.... KUDOS TO JIMMY CARTER That is why I mentioned that he is not only Computer Pro but a very very very nice individual. Unfortunately, Now a days you don't find many people like JIMMY....God Bless JIMMY and Good Luck with building your New Church..

My laptop was hit with an extremely nasty virus and I was referred to Jimmy Carter by a friend. Jimmy took 45 minutes to get rid of the virus, clean up my computer to run faster, and installed free antivirus software. In addition, he followed up with a phone call that enabled me to recover files that I thought were lost forever. I would highly recommend Jimmy to anyone having any type of computer issues. Betty Mayberry says to Jimmy: You saved my day, I forgot my user ID and password and all my files were lost and Jimmy sat with me for two hours and got everything back working perfect. Jimmy at Computers-ITPro is the BEST! Always quick and HONEST. Jimmy tells it like it is and has never let me down. I drop off my computer in the early afternoon and he has it up and running (better then ever) by the same afternoon. I recommend him to every one I know. Brought my computer to Jimmy with a broken chipset/heat sink, I thought this would be the end of my computer...well, Jimmy fixed it the same day and now it's back home and running GREAT!!! His price was almost half of what other's who say they're "Pro's" charge. For anyone reading this that may have an issue with their computer PLEASE don't waste your time or money anywhere else...take it to Jimmy/Computer-ItPro...he's the BEST around! Brought 4 new PCs to Jimmy to set up with all the right stuff, and he did it quickly! Just a couple of days. Also brought a 6 year old PC to see if it any life left. I was planning on tossing it. Jimmy cleaned it up, now its running faster than when I first bought it! And he did it in 2 hours! I will never got to the Geek Squad again.

I'm his big sister & I set up his first computer for him 10 years ago.......he knew NOTHING about computers, now he builds them & repairs them, he found his passion! AND HE IS GOOD AT HIS TRADE! I live in Melbourne, Fl., Jimmy comes to town every January for a week of R & R in Cocoa Beach....he ALWAYS fixes all my computer problems that I create in a years time.....all I have to do is feed him & board him for a few days, in addition to helping him celebrate his Birthday on January 22nd each year. Although he is my brother, he knows his business & is very trustworthy. You can count on Jimmy to not give up until he has your computer fixed the way you want it to work. I love him & you will too.
